We offer a variety of rental options to accommodate different needs and budgets. Whether you are looking to host a retreat, private event, or simply seeking a peaceful place to connect with nature, we have a space for you.

TEACHING PARTNERSHIP

Profit share split, 60% of class tuition goes to teacher and 40% goes back to maintaining the land at Butterfly Mountain.

EXPECTATIONS & AGREEMENTS

Blessed to be caretakers of this beautiful land, we invite you to join us in our commitment to its stewardship. We believe in leaving a space nicer than before, and we welcome you to be part of that. We request that all attendees fill out our agreement form prior to arriving on the land, and that teachers follow these general guidelines during their stay:

  • Space returned tidy and cleaned

  • Shoes Taken off

  • Gates open and closed

  • Any signs put out 

  • No guests visiting the main home

  • No parking at the main house (please see map for parking instructions) 

  • No fire 

  • No smoking of any kind

  • Each guest signs a liability form

  • All lights and electricity turned off after use

  • No plastic disposals on site for catering - we practice leave no trace and ask you remove your own trash

  • If you borrow something from property it goes back where you got it from.
